Tom Numbere | President, CEO
Tom Numbere, Jr. is the founder and CEO of PCG Consulting Group, a recognized leader in intelligent operations and digital process transformation. With over 30 years of operational consulting and delivery experience, Tom has built PCG into a consultancy known for delivering complex, large-scale initiatives across the healthcare, finance, customer service, government, and technology sectors. His direct project leadership spans enterprise migrations, international IT consolidations, data integration, and implementation of regulatory security frameworks.
As a speaker, technology innovation thought leader, and technology architect Tom brings deep insight into how emerging technologies—especially autonomous artificial intelligence—are transforming service delivery. Under his guidance, PCG is a leader in the deployment of AI-powered agentic systems that enhance scalability, optimize customer experience, and deliver real-world, real-time impact.
Tom’s blend of strategic vision and technical fluency—rooted in his early days as a certified technical instructor for Novell, Microsoft, and others —allows him to bridge innovation with execution. His ability to demystify complex technology has made him a trusted advisor to clients and a sought-after voice on the future of intelligent operations.
Outside of work, Tom coaches his kids’ soccer, volleyball, and flag football teams. He enjoys camping and running—though he admits, “I’m not a fan, but until there’s a faster way to keep up cardio, I just do it and whine about it.”
Jerry Gerasimou | Vice President of Operations
Jerry Gerasimou is a results-driven operations executive with over two decades of leadership experience across Technology, Healthcare, and Telecommunications. As Vice President of Operations at PCG Consulting, Jerry is at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into core operational strategies—leveraging agentic AI to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and scale service delivery with precision. His leadership has been instrumental in deploying intelligent automation solutions that reduce costs, increase responsiveness, and improve operational visibility in real time.
Known for building high-performance teams and a culture of continuous improvement, Jerry combines strategic insight with hands-on execution. His ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives has enabled PCG to reimagine service operations—from customer support to backend processes—by embedding AI directly into the operational fabric. With a collaborative, data-informed approach, Jerry continues to push the boundaries of operational excellence while delivering measurable value to customers and stakeholders.
Outside of work, Jerry is an avid golfer and lifelong hockey enthusiast who enjoys both the competition and camaraderie of the game. When he’s not on the green or at the rink, you’ll find him spending quality time with his grandchildren, simply enjoying the everyday moments that matter most.
Heather Wertz | Director, Project management & Innovation
Heather Wertz is an innovation-focused leader with over 25 years of experience in enterprise-wide project management, compliance, and advanced automation strategy. As Director of Innovation and Project Management at PCG Consulting, she specializes in agentic AI—leading the design and deployment of intelligent virtual agents that operate effectively, scale effortlessly, and deliver measurable operational improvements.
In addition to her innovation leadership, Heather leads PCG’s Security and Compliance programs, applying her background in quality engineering and Lean Six Sigma expertise. She ensures every AI deployment adheres to the highest regulatory standards—including SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, and HITRUST—while seamlessly integrating security into the fabric of transformation. Her strength lies in translating complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions that help clients modernize with confidence, speed, and integrity.
Outside of work, Heather is a curious explorer with a deep appreciation for culture and creativity. Whether she’s traveling the world or discovering a new neighborhood, she seeks out inspiration in local museums and art spaces. At home, her artistic spirit finds expression in the kitchen and studio alike, creating alongside friends and family. From systems design to her annual Cookie-palooza, Heather approaches every endeavor with intentionality, innovation, and joy.
Shaun Chaney – Managing Director, Government Relations
Shaun Chaney is a highly accomplished business development executive with a focus on diversity and non-traditional markets. With a strong passion for cultivating profitable and productive business relationships, Shaun brings extensive experience in sales, administration, operations, and management from companies like AT&T, Ameritech/SBC, Gemini Electronics, and Western Communications.
Shaun possesses a proven track record of building strong rapport with decision makers and end-users, resulting in enhanced relationships and increased account penetration. Additionally, Shaun has cross-functional competencies, including resolving complex billing issues for Fortune 500 companies, collaborating with major accounts to re-strategize profit and loss operations, collections, technology, revenue generation, customer service improvement, and targeted marketing management.
Jocelyn Ross – Managing Director, Health Care
With almost two decades of experience in business development within the healthcare industry, Jocelyn is highly regarded for her expertise in healthcare innovation and patient-centered strategies. She has a diverse background in sales, marketing, and business development across various sectors including pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, home health care, and medical devices. Jocelyn leads by establishing new relationships with hospitals and healthcare systems, employing a consultative sales approach and streamlining operations for clients to improve their financial performance. Her focus on innovative and cost-cutting strategies aligns with PCG's mission to become a trusted service-based consulting company.
Jocelyn holds a bachelor's degree in business communication from The Ohio State University and has received multiple awards for leadership, training, and exceeding sales targets, including the prestigious Pinnacle Award for Business Strategies. She is actively involved in organizations such as The Ideal Candidate and the Mid-South Business Area Resource Center (MSBARC) in Chicago.
