Tom Numbere | President, CEO

Tom Numbere, Jr. is the founder, President, and CEO of PCG Consulting Group, with over 30 years of Corporate Leadership Management and Development Experience. Under his leadership, PCG Consulting has grown to over 250+ employees and has executed multi-million-dollar contracts, including a contract with Deloitte & Touche on behalf of the Illinois Department of Security. His expertise includes directing projects in data integration and migration, security, Revenue Cycle consulting, Electronic Healthcare Records Systems migration, and more.

Mr. Numbere has extensive experience as a Technical Project Manager, overseeing data migration projects and managing enterprise-level installations and configurations. He has also served as a Lead Technical Consultant on an IT Consolidation Project for a multinational company.

 Jerry Gerasimou | Vice President of Operations

  Jerry Gerasimou is a highly accomplished and results-driven executive who excels in leading operations within large and complex organizations. With over 20 years of experience in operations management, Jerry is a strategic leader with expertise in driving operational efficiencies, implementing process improvements, and executing business strategies. His diverse industry background includes Technology, Healthcare, and Telecommunications, where he has consistently delivered impressive results by leading operations teams.

Jerry is respected for his ability to foster a high-performance culture, assemble strong teams, and facilitate change while prioritizing customer satisfaction and quality. He is skilled at building relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives. As Vice President of Operations, Jerry demonstrates strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement, striving to deliver exceptional value to customers and stakeholders.

Shaun Chaney – Managing Director, Government Relations

Shaun Chaney is a highly accomplished business development executive with a focus on diversity and non-traditional markets. With a strong passion for cultivating profitable and productive business relationships, Shaun brings extensive experience in sales, administration, operations, and management from companies like AT&T, Ameritech/SBC, Gemini Electronics, and Western Communications.

Shaun possesses a proven track record of building strong rapport with decision makers and end-users, resulting in enhanced relationships and increased account penetration. Additionally, Shaun has cross-functional competencies, including resolving complex billing issues for Fortune 500 companies, collaborating with major accounts to re-strategize profit and loss operations, collections, technology, revenue generation, customer service improvement, and targeted marketing management.

Heather Wertz – Director, PMO

Heather is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in multinational collaborative leadership and enterprise-wide project management offices. Her areas of expertise include extreme change management, compliance, workforce/project transitions, and diversity and inclusion. Heather's career began as a quality assurance engineer, and her commitment to quality and process improvement remains strong.

Heather holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and is recognized as a trainer in problem-solving processes. With extensive knowledge of FDA, ISO, PCI, HITRUST, and regulatory compliance requirements, Heather leads the Security and Compliance team at PCG, consistently delivering successful compliance outcomes. She is also recognized for her exceptional community engagement and diversity initiatives. Overall, Heather's expertise in extreme change management and her ability to manage large-scale projects make her a valuable asset in achieving and maintaining operational excellence for PCG and our clients.

Jocelyn Ross – Managing Director, Health Care

With almost two decades of experience in business development within the healthcare industry, Jocelyn is highly regarded for her expertise in healthcare innovation and patient-centered strategies. She has a diverse background in sales, marketing, and business development across various sectors including pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, home health care, and medical devices. Jocelyn leads by establishing new relationships with hospitals and healthcare systems, employing a consultative sales approach and streamlining operations for clients to improve their financial performance. Her focus on innovative and cost-cutting strategies aligns with PCG's mission to become a trusted service-based consulting company.

Jocelyn holds a bachelor's degree in business communication from The Ohio State University and has received multiple awards for leadership, training, and exceeding sales targets, including the prestigious Pinnacle Award for Business Strategies. She is actively involved in organizations such as The Ideal Candidate and the Mid-South Business Area Resource Center (MSBARC) in Chicago.
